The Voice…Without going through every detail of my testimony let me give a brief background of my life. I was a wicked sinner until 1961 at which time I quote "asked Jesus into my heart", and was baptized and became an active Church member in what is regarded today as a "fundamental Church" and although I sometimes questioned my salvation I was often assured by Church leaders and members that I was saved. In the fall of 1969 I began to have a great hunger for God and so I began a quest to seek God with all of my heart. I based this seeking process on Jeremiah 29:12-13 which states… 12. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.In the spring of 1970 God saved me and called me into the ministry as His servant and since that time I have faithfully preached with every opportunity I have been given. In October of 1988, I was strongly impressed in my heart, I believe by God, to make some drastic changes in my ministry. They were as follows;
I knew that God had a purpose for giving me this wisdom and knowledge of His word, but I was not quite sure what that purpose was, nor was I prepared for what was going to happen next. First my wife suggested that I begin to share the truth that I had been shown to others…I asked how? And she said through a web site on the world wide Internet. I immediately attempted to prepare subject matter, but I was having a difficulty time wise because of my other responsibilities. And then came the bombshell! My wife was asked to relocate to the DFW area. After seeking God we both felt this was somehow God’s plan for us and we accepted the move. We sold our home and officially moved to the DFW area on April 28, 1998. Why did God allow this move? Let me answer by first saying that neither my wife or I know anyone here in the DFW area. And I now believe God had to get me completely alone so there would be no distractions of any kind as I prepare His web site. As you join with me in this study of the word of God, please keep in mind that God does not do anything arbitrarily…not fixed by rules. Everything God does is in accordance with His law and His word.
